The couple met at the tender age of 13 down in Sligo well before he shot to fame in Westlife.

He revealed to the East Bourne Herald that at that young age they started going out but just for a few months before, in Shane"s own words she "chucked" him.

However, the pair remained close throughout their teenage years and rekindled their romance later down the line.

So it was definitely a childhood romance with these two. And guess who just happens lớn be Gillian"s first cousin? Shane"s band-mate Kian Egan!

Surrounded by family & friends, they married at the 800-year-old Ballin Tubber Abbey in County Mayo followed by their reception in Ashford Castle.

In peak earlier noughties fashion, with both of them matching with Gillian wearing a strapless ivory gown & Shane choosing an ivory three piece suit.
